This is an online, self-paced class.  You will have six (6) months from the time of purchase to complete the course.  After you checkout, you will receive an email with directions on how to access the class.

Course Description

The Project Risk and Costs Analysis course introduces you to the importance of effective risk management in the workplace. You will examine the key skills and methods related to project risk and cost analysis, and learn how to develop and apply those skills. The course is fully online and completely self paced.

At the end of this course, you will be able to:

  1. Identify factors that lead to issues
  2. Use appropriate steps to manage projects
  3. Use different strategies to plan for a project
  4. Identify techniques for planning and managing projects
  5. Define important terms in project management
  6. Explain how to close a project
  7. Use models and charts to help manage your project

This 34 hour time-on-task course is most appropriate if you are in lower-level management or are new to management. Your work experience should range from 0–10 years.
